Morphology of the digestive canal of broilers under the influence of Reasil® Humic Health

The introduction of new technologies for keeping and feeding poultry, shortening the growing time of modern poultry crosses, often lead to various stress conditions, which makes them highly sensitive to diseases of various etiologies, due to an insufficiently formed immune system. In most cases, this manifests itself in the form of gastrointestinal diseases and, as a result, an increase in poultry mortality. Currently, this problem is being solved by introducing feed additives into diets that contribute to increasing natural resistance and positively affect metabolic processes in general. One of these is the feed additive Reasil® Humic Health, which improves the condition of the digestive tract, which directly affects the acceleration of growth and development of the body, an increase in average daily weight gain, and obtaining safe meat products from broilers.The object of the study was a control and experimental group of 21-day-old Cobb-500 cross broilers, with 18,000 heads each. The broilers of the control group received the basic diet. In addition, Reasil® Humic Health feed additive at a dose of 2 g/ kg of feed was included in the main diet of the poultry of the experimental group. The selection of poultry for control slaughter at the ages of 22, 36 and 41 days, 60 individuals from each group, was carried out by random sampling. Thus, it can be concluded that Reasil® Human Health had a positive effect on the dynamics of weight and organometric parameters in broilers of the experimental group: the mass of the muscular stomach - by 11.4%, intestines - by 12% and liver - by 8% was higher compared with intact poultry.

On the formation of Novosibirsk Academgorodok – the center of the Siberian branch of the Russian academy of sciences: achievements and omissions

In an article dedicated to the anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences, RAS academician Abel Aganbegyan describes the history of the creation of the Novosibirsk Akademgorodok (Eng. Academic City). As an active participant in this process, he argues that the Akademgorodok had an important role in the development of science and education in Russia. The Akademgorodok integrated the development and interaction of different areas of fundamental science, focusing on the on breakthrough areas. It also integrated science with higher education and pre-university programs, and promoted innovative development based on scientific findings. However, achieving these goals proved challenging, requiring a significant amount of effort from scientists and the government. Despite these difficulties, the Akademgorodok has become one of Russia’s leading scientific centers, with an international reputation. The author emphasizes that, although there have been successes in the development of science, there have also been omissions. For example, there has not been enough attention paid to the commercialization of scientific discoveries and the introduction of new technologies into production. As a result, many scientific advances have not found practical applications.

WAYS TO REDUCE THE IMPACT OF PULSATIONS IN LOCAL POWER SUPPLY ROBOTIC SYSTEMS

An analysis of the changes in the flow of pulsation transforming the energy-dynamic indicators of on-board power electronics systems has shown that there are several options for solving this problem.
 The article outlines the main options for the current problem of pulsation in the energy systems of autonomous electrical systems, such as UAVs, robotic complexes, and other systems. The effectiveness of changes in pulsation is examined, in addition to directly assessing the effectiveness of stagnation strategies and methods. Also in the statistics, the optimal technical solutions for specific operating minds were identified.
 The prospects and future directives have been predicted based on the proposals for further research in the sphere of changes in pulsation in local life systems.
 In the future, it is predicted and supported by the development of technology and innovation in this country.
 To sum up, we can say that the statistics have analyzed the changes in pulsation in robotic local power supply systems, which is one of the key directions in the field of electrical engineering and electronics. Increased attention to this problem is due to the need for assured stability, reliability and greater energy efficiency of electronic systems. Research in this area is aimed at developing more comprehensive methods and strategies for reducing noise and pulsation in electrical systems.
 Assessing the effectiveness of stagnant methods, promoting the development of new technologies and innovation, as well as developing promising directions in this field opens the way to creating more stable and adaptive living systems. Replacement of advanced electronic filters, voltage stabilizers, selection of new materials and components, integration of intelligent energy management systems and optimization of essential energy resources local power supply systems – the whole purpose is to directly conduct further investigations.
 The growing demand for stable and efficient electronic systems is driven by current research and the introduction of new technologies to change pulsation. Technological developments and scientific research in this area open up broad prospects for reducing the power supply and ensuring the stability of the functioning of modern electronic devices.

Digital technologies in the financial sector of Kazakhstan

Digital systems play an important role in the activities of various fields, including the tasks of the financial sector. Simultaneously with the innovative development of the banking system in the field of information technology, in order to further improve the processes of providing services, significant steps are being taken towards improving the quality of services provided, as well as in the organization of business processes of second-tier banks. The authors investigate the impact of large financial institutions on the level of digital technology development: Kaspi Bank and Freedom Bank. The object of the article is to study the principles and models of action on the basis of which these digital ecosystems work. The ways of their development and functioning in the activities of two commercial banks are being investigated. This research is relevant due to the fact that in the context of the introduction of new technologies, for example: digitalization, as well as, in general, the limits and boundaries of services offered by the largest market players are being overcome, which creates the potential to accelerate the development of a competitive and secure digital financial market of a new generation. In this article, the authors define the concept of the ecosystem of banks and analyze large Kazakhstani financial institutions based on their financial services. Based on the data analysis, conclusions are drawn and the main conclusion is proposed, which determines the main direction of development for the development of financial digital ecosystems. Currently, two types of ecosystems are actively developing in Kazakhstan. In the first of them, the bank is the core of the ecosystem of non-financial services, in which it acts as a settlement operator. In the second case, a large non-financial company begins to build its own ecosystem of lifestyle services and eventually thinks about creating its own settlement center. At the same time, the digital ecosystem is definitely not limited only to its own services, but also integrates with partner solutions. At the same time, the ecosystem assumes, first of all, the transformation of human resources, their involvement in the process.

Contribution of high-technology procedures to public healthcare expenditures: the case of ischemic heart disease in Portugal, 2002-2015.

The magnitude of the impact of technological innovations on healthcare expenditure is unclear. This paper estimated the impact of high-technology procedures on public healthcare expenditure for patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) in Portugal. The Blinder-Oaxaca decomposition method was applied to Portuguese NHS administrative data for IHD discharges during two periods, 2008-2015 vs. 2002-2007 (N = 434,870). We modelled per episode healthcare expenditures on the introduction of new technologies, adjusting for GDP, patient age, and comorbidities. The per episode healthcare expenditure was significantly higher in 2008-2015 compared to 2002-2007 for IHD discharges. The increase in the use of high-technology procedures contributed to 28.6% of this growth among all IHD patients, and to 18.4%, 6.8%, 11.1%, and 29.2% for acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, stable angina, and other IHDs, respectively. Changes in the use of stents and embolic protection and/or coronary brachytherapy devices were the largest contributors to expenditure growth. High-technology procedures were confirmed as a key driver of public healthcare expenditure growth in Portugal, contributing to more than a quarter of this growth.

Results of surgical treatment of hernias of the anterior abdominal wall in patients with connective tissue dysplasia syndrome

Relevance. The problem of surgical treatment of hernias of the anterior abdominal wall remains relevant. Despite the introduction of new technologies, the results of surgical interventions cannot be considered satisfactory. The development of hernias and their relapses is facilitated by connective tissue dysplasia syndrome, which manifests as phenotypic signs, disorders of the autonomic nervous system, and morphological changes in the structure of the connective tissue.Objective. To improve the results of surgical treatment of hernias of the anterior abdominal wall in patients with connective tissue dysplasia syndrome.Materials and methods. The study was based on clinical observations and studies of 497 patients with hernias of the anterior abdominal wall. Inguinal (29 %) and postoperative hernias (21 %) predominated. In the structure of recurrent hernias, postoperative (47 %) and inguinal (42 %) hernias were more often observed. Hernioautoplasty was performed in 31 %, plastic surgery using a mesh endoprosthesis — in 54 %, endoscopic hernioplasty — in 15 % of patients. The severity of the clinical, morphological, and metabolic signs of connective tissue dysplasia syndrome was assessed. The concentration of free hydroxyproline in the blood was determined as a marker of connective tissue metabolism. The state of the autonomic nervous system was assessed using variational pulsometry. To assess the state of collagen in connective tissue, a morphological study of the aponeuroses of the muscles of the anterior abdominal wall was performed in the clinic and experiment.Results. The overall incidence of dysplasia in hernias of the anterior abdominal wall was 48 %. The highest incidence of connective tissue dysplasia was detected in recurrent hernias (70 %). Studies of the level of free hydroxyproline in abdominal hernias have shown the dependence of this marker on the degree of connective tissue dysplasia. In cases of recurrent hernias, the highest intensity of collagen biodegradation was observed. A study of the functional state of the autonomic nervous system revealed a predominance of sympathetic activity in abdominal wall hernias with an increase in the tension index by more than 4 times. An increase in the severity of dysplasia is accompanied by an increase in sympathetic activity. Histological studies in patients with abdominal hernias revealed characteristic changes in the morphological structure of the connective tissue. The average thickness, specific area, brightness of staining, and orientation of collagen fibers in postoperative and recurrent hernias were significantly different compared to the group with primary hernias (p˂0.05). Additionally, an experiment was performed on 30 laboratory animals (white rats) to determine the optimal conditions for healing of the aponeurosis of the anterior abdominal wall. The activating effect of prozerin on the process of histogenesis in the wound was revealed. Based on the results of the study, the surgical treatment of hernias was assessed depending on the type of hernioplasty and the severity of connective tissue dysplasia. It has been established that with increasing severity of dysplasia, the frequency of relapses increases by 2.2–3.4 times. With the progression of dysplasia, the frequency of relapses increased by more than twice. The use of the endoscopic hernioplasty method reduced the risk of recurrent hernias by 9 times.Conclusion. In externally localized hernias, the incidence of connective tissue dysplasia ranges from 34 % to 70 %. In patients with connective tissue dysplasia syndrome after hernia autoplasty, the frequency of hernia recurrence is 3.4 times higher. Drug correction of sympathetic activity along with alloplasty increased collagen synthesis intensity by 36 %. The choice of hernia repair method should be determined by the type of hernia, the age of the patient, and the severity of connective tissue dysplasia.

This article aims to explore the role of various professional groups in ensuring the economic efficiency of jus-tice, taking into account the ongoing judicial reform and their interaction with the courts. The goal of our re-search was to determine the impact of professional interactions on the economic efficiency of justice. To achieve this, firstly, we needed to examine the attitudes of legal professionals towards the current judicial reform: assess their level of support for the reform and identify the main opinions on this matter. Secondly, in-vestigate the contribution of professional interactions to the enhancement of economic efficiency and the quali-ty of the judicial system's operation. Thirdly, identify the factors that have the greatest influence on reducing time, material, and other costs associated with case processing in ensuring the economic efficiency of justice. The results of the study confirmed that the majority of professionals who participated in the survey have a posi-tive attitude towards the reform. According to the data obtained during the research, the interaction of judges with their apparatus is the most significant factor influencing the economic efficiency of justice. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that judicial reform can have a positive impact on the economic efficiency of justice due to the introduction of new technologies into practice, as well as due to well-built interaction between the main pro-fessional groups in the judicial system.

The BREEAM, the LEED and the DGNB certifications as an aspect of sustainable development

Some of the most significant problems of industrialised countries are increasing consumerism, the growing demand for more and more energy and other natural resources, and the depletion of non-renewable sources. The visible consequences are environmental pollution and global warming. To address these issues, there is growing pressure on the use of alternative energy sources, the use of natural resources and the introduction of new technologies. The use of multi-criteria building certification systems, which evaluate their performance, is becoming increasingly common in the building industry. The BREEAM, the LEED, and the DGNB are among the most popular methods for assessing sustainable architecture, and they project management tools. The main task of the article was to define and describe the impact of documents related to sustainable development certificates on contemporary design and living and working conditions, as well as to demonstrate the relationship between the quality of architecture and environmental protection. Another goal is to indicate how dynamically the number of certificates issued in Poland is increasing. The study used the necessary research methods: analysis and criticism of applicable documents and literature, as well as an intuitive method based on personal experience. The scope of the work includes a discussion of the most frequently obtained certificates: the BREEAM, the LEED, and the DGNB, the achievements of which prove the use of solutions conducive to sustainable development.

THE FUNDAMENTAL ISSUE OF CONTINUING EDUCATION IN SPEECH THERAPY

Studies in medicine and sciences are constantly changing with the advancement of research and new discoveries. Continuing education in a field such as speech pathology is crucial for this reason. Most developed countries, like the United States of America and countries in Europe, make education after graduation mandatory and enforce restrictions on licenses in order to encourage people to renew them. Armenia, however, does not. For example, The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) requires all certificate holders (CCC-A and CCC-SLP) to maintain their ASHA Certificates of Clinical Competence and their CCC-SLP by taking additional courses every few years. Countries outside of the United States, such as Canada and Australia, have similar requirements of completing extra hours of practice and education in order to maintain the speech-language pathologist license. 
 Armenia also does not have a higher board or association that legally monitors and audits speech pathologists after graduation, but they should work to establish one in order to encourage and enforce speech pathologists to complete the requirements necessary to continue their practice. Armenia is trying to modernize and change the medical education system in order to advance their professional development and allow for the international mobility of healthcare workers, but they should also work to set requirements like these for the speech therapy field in Armenia. Continuing professional development allows for cardinal information that might have been forgotten over the years after graduating or receiving a license to be reviewed and recollected. With the introduction of new technologies and methods, speech pathologists need to be informed of the new ways of practice through their continuing education requirements. Speech pathologists in Armenia can use the opportunity of continuing education to learn how to use new methods such as Armav and incorporate them into their own practices.

The emphasis in the work is on identifying the main trends affecting the efficiency and sustainability of logistics systems in the context of digitalization at the present stage of scientific and technological progress and informatization of society. Exploring the Conceptual Framework of Mobile Learning Technology

The idea of introducing new technologies to education is not new, and as a result, research on this topic has been carried out for years. However, the rate of introduction of new technologies in higher education in Uzbekistan is very slow. The purpose of this article is to propose a conceptual framework for the development of mobile learning, in particular, the introduction of mobile applications into the educational process in primary education. This goal is achieved by analyzing the existing measures and the existing foundations of mobile education, which are used to improve the quality of education through the active use of information and communication technologies. The proposed system includes three main elements: applied computing, information systems, and theory of computation. It is important that each of them is done correctly and that there is continuity between them.

Creating an Innovative Business Model for the Performance of Commercial Dental Clinics

Providing dental care to the population is associated with the active introduction of new technologies, personnel management methods, and business processes. In this sense, dentistry is at the forefront of the development of medicine and other economic sectors. However, the active practical implementation of advanced technologies for the provision of dental services requires personnel to have increased motivation and highly qualified labor, to develop new protocols for patient management, and to use more advanced equipment and materials, while administrative and management personnel should introduce progressive methods of labor motivation and economic and mathematical models of material and moral stimulation. This research aims to create an innovative business model for the development of a commercial dental clinic (CDC) that provides paid dental services. Economic and mathematical modeling and nonlinear programming are aimed at maximizing dentists’ wages, together with financial incentives for the work of administrative and managerial personnel and deductions for the development of a typical commercial dental clinic in Moscow based on the actual volume of dental services and the costs of their provision. With the volume of paid dental services growing by one and a half times, the innovative business model makes it possible to increase clinic income by a factor of 1.66 and dentists’ salaries by a factor of 2.24, raise deductions for labor incentives for administrative and managerial personnel by a factor of 1.66, and increase total profit by a factor of 1.75. During the research, it was possible to ensure early repayment of a loan of 5 million rubles for clinic development in 21 months. Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation «Mental Health of the Family: Russian Traditions and Modern Approaches to Assistance»м тир, held FSBSI «Mental Health Research Centre» on January 26, 2024 in Moscow as part of the XXXII International Christmas Educational Readings «Orthodoxy and Domestic Culture: Losses and Gains of the Past, the Image of the Future». The conference comprehensively covered the traditional values of families in Russian society, as well as the problems that arise in families whose members suffer from mental disorders and behavioral disorders. The achievements and possibilities of helping family members with mental and behavioral disorders, as well as the provision of psychiatric, psychological, social and spiritual assistance by various institutions through the prism of biopsychosocial, spiritual and family-oriented approaches were discussed. The issues of volunteer participation in rehabilitation programs for families, the contribution of public organizations and their interaction with state and religious institutions in the aspect of psychosocial rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders and behavioral disorders, as well as issues of multidisciplinary interaction of specialists in the field of family prevention of mental disorders were considered. The exchange of scientific and practice-oriented achievements of domestic and foreign psychiatry in the field of family prevention of mental disorders, behavioral disorders and addiction diseases, the introduction of new technologies of assistance allows to improve the quality and effectiveness of psychiatric and narcological care provided to families that include persons with mental disorders and behavioral disorders.

Purpose: Previous studies of FinTech and InsureTech focused on how the introduction of new technologies and systems would affect the existing financial industry. Nevertheless, there were no studies approached from a comprehensive perspective on the relationship with InsurTech, a concept derived from FinTech, and its impact on the financial and insurance industries in the future. This study aims to contribute to related industries and academic fields by predicting the impact, differences, and future prospects of the concept and introduction of FinTech and insurtech on the financial industry.
 Research design, data, and methodology: Discuss the concept and status of FinTech and insurance technology through qualitative methods such as existing prior research and academic thesis books, and understand what influence it has on the current financial industry, insurance industry, and consumers.
 Results: Through the impact of each area of FinTech and InsureTech on the financial business area of this study, FinTech and InsureTech were similar concepts but differences could be identified. FinTech and InsureTech are still positively affecting the financial industry and consumers, but they are expected to become innovators that can lead the financial industry in the future.
 Implications: This study explained the concept of FinTech and InsureTech, and examined the impact of newly introduced high-tech technologies on the financial industry. Through this, it was possible to see the positive impact of FinTech and insurtech on the business sector and the general public. This author hopes that FinTech and InsureTech will be the driving force for new creation through improvement and innovation in each field.

Modern Technologies of Strategic HR Management in the Conditions of Innovative Development of Entrepreneurial Structures

In an era of rapid change and the introduction of new technologies, effective personnel management is becoming a key element in the successful development of business structures, and innovative technologies are becoming an integral part in strategic personnel management, optimizing current management processes and creating adaptive, high-performance and innovation-oriented teams. They help companies not only attract, develop and retain talent, but also create innovative corporate cultures capable of continuous growth and transformation. The purpose of researching innovative technologies in strategic personnel management is related to identifying the potential of innovative technologies to improve business processes, increase efficiency, create a favorable environment for employees and ways of their optimal implementation to achieve strategic goals in business structures. The article proposes an interpretation of the concept of “innovative technologies in strategic personnel management”. The methods of finding work for unemployed citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic for the period 2012–2021 are analyzed. Innovative technologies in strategic personnel management are considered, such as business process automation, artificial intelligence, cloud HR platforms, learning management systems, gamification and virtual reality, communication platforms that open up new prospects for creating progressive and flexible work environments. The advantages and disadvantages of introducing innovative technologies in strategic personnel management in the conditions of innovative development of business structures are highlighted. It is noted that the choice of innovative technologies should be based on the resources available in the business structure and the basic tasks of the strategic personnel management system. A combination of technologies is recommended that collectively increase the effectiveness of the strategic personnel management system in innovative development.

Specific Features of a Fire Safety and Technical Expert Training

The paper examines a range of issues related to the influence of the level of training and competence of the expert on the quality and timeliness of forensic fire safety and technical expertise. The current state of the specifics of such a training in educational institutions at Forensic Expertise Programs (Engineering and Technical Expertise specialization) is analyzed. The authors propose some recommendations and ways to solve some problems in this regard. The authors believe that the current state of training of fire technical experts requires some changes. This is due to many factors, for example, an increase in the range of tasks to be solved, the emergence of new specializations (subtypes of forensic fire safety and technical examination), the introduction of new technologies and expert equipment, reengineering of scientific and methodological support for the activities of a fire safety and technical expert, etc. In the paper, the authors pay special attention to the criteria for selecting applicants to universities and the features of training future experts. It is proposed to make some changes to the regulatory documents for the preparation (training) of fire safety and technical experts at Forensic Expertise Programs (Engineering and Technical Expertise specialization).

Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Power Systems

A continuous and reliable supply of electricity is necessary for the functioning of today’s modern and advanced society. Since the early to mid 1980s, most of the effort in power systems analysis has turned away from the methodology of formal mathematical modeling which came from the areas of operations research, control theory and numerical analysis to the less rigorous and less tedious techniques of artificial intelligence (AI). Power systems keep on increasing on the basis of geographical regions, assets additions, and introduction of new technologies in generation, transmission and distribution of electricity. AI techniques have become popular for solving different problems in power systems like control, planning, scheduling, forecast, etc. These techniques can deal with difficult tasks faced by applications in modern large power systems with even more interconnections installed to meet increasing load demand. The application of these techniques has been successful in many areas of power system engineering.

Managing the Digital Transformation of Enterprises: Assessing its Level in Woodworking Industry Companies

The research is devoted to analysing the woodworking industry from the point of view of using modern digital technologies at its enterprises. The relevance of this work is due to the fact that the timber industry is an important sector of the Russian economy, and the solution of such a task as determining the level of digital transformation (DT) of one of its industries will help identify problem areas and potential opportunities for improving production processes and introducing innovations. The methodological basis was the use of private and universal scientific methods such as analysis, synthesis, comparison, observation, ranking, and expert judgement. The authors of the study studied the activities of foreign and domestic timber processing companies, presented two options for calculating the level of their DT – both by quantifying the level of digitalisation of business processes and the scale of the company, and by analysing the effect of project implementation and the complexity of the technologies used, and found that the results obtained in both cases coincide. In the course of the work, three approaches to digital transformation were considered and it was concluded that its level not only in Russian, but also in foreign companies in the woodworking industry is average. The practical significance of the research consists in the development of recommendations and creation of a methodology for assessing the digital transformation of woodworking industry enterprises, which the latter can use when preparing for changes in the business model and the introduction of new technologies.

PEDAGOGICAL POSSIBILITIES OF IMPLEMENTING THE CPA (CONCRETE-PICTORIAL-ABSTRACT) APPROACH

The increase in the flow of information in the field of sciences requires the improvement of technologies that serve to master it, and the introduction of new technologies. Learning materials consist of variables, characters, etc. However, mastering educational materials is not just learning symbols, but most importantly, being able to apply knowledgein everyday life. And abstract educational materials are very important in mastering science. This article explores the pedagogical possibilities of introducing the CPA (Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract) approach to primary education. Based on the analysis, itbecame clear that the CPA (Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract) approach has not been thoroughly studied by local scientists and its possibilities have not been analyzed.

Current state and problems of reliability of power supply systems of electrical complexes of industrial enterprises

In accordance with the Energy Strategy of Russia until 2035 and the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "Improving the reliability and quality of power supply to consumers of electric energy through the introduction of new technologies and optimization of the activities of territorial grid organizations", the issues of improving the reliability of power supply of electrical complexes of industrial enterprises in a market economy are of particular importance.This article presents the results of a survey of managers and specialists of the services of the chief power engineer of industrial enterprises, representatives of design institutes, equipment manufacturers, university researchers on the existing problems of reliability of power supply systems of industrial enterprises. The expediency of substantiating the identification of the current situation by the main reliability indicators and their relationship in the existing economic conditions for calculating the reliability of power supply systems is substantiated. A comparative analysis of the responses of respondents of energy services is presented, their interpretation is given.The main problems in the following blocks are identified: the quality of the enterprise's energy supply and its reliability; the reliability of energy distribution within the enterprise and control of the influence of installed electrical equipment on the quality of the electrical network; knowledge regarding reliability and interest in carrying out such calculations. Recommendations are given on the identified problems, including the analysis of individual indicators of reliability of power supply to industrial enterprises.
